Our 5-Point Testing Process
Component & BOM Verification
We cross-reference every component against your Bill of Materials (BOM) and schematics for accuracy before assembly begins.
Wire Tag & Terminal Check
Every wire is checked against its label, and every terminal is verified with for secure connections.
Full Point-to-Point Continuity Testing
We "ring out" every single wire run, from its source to its destination, to ensure no wiring errors. No exceptions.
High-Pot (Hipot) Testing
We perform dielectric withstand tests (as required) to ensure there are no shorts between phases or to ground, protecting your equipment and personnel.
Live Power-Up & I/O Simulation
The panel is powered on. We verify voltages (AC and DC) and simulate inputs and outputs to ensure your PLC, HMI, and I/O cards function perfectly.
